# Cards Passive Rewards

As our Fire Passive Staking was implemented, we realized that it didn't make much sense for our users to spend their fires (that generated rewards) to buy cards, that would just stay in their collection without generating any benefit. With this, during epoch 334, a reward was automatically made available to everyone who had cards in their collections, from epochs 333 and 334. \

As of epoch 335, the card reward system will follow the conventional Fire Passive Staking reward system, having to claim as before on the staking page.

**Rewards**

We created a system that now benefits the best of both worlds:\
The player/investor can acquire its boosters and open it without the "fear" of losing their fire that was staked and also can make their collection bigger and full of the legendaries they are looking for.
